The rooftop pool and bar were absolutely stunning, and I’ve never had a better sleep in such a comfortable bed. Breakfast was visually appealing but didn’t match the taste. I’d definitely stay again!

The stay included delicious home-baked Alentejo bread for breakfast, alongside plentiful options at the on-site restaurant. The rooftop patio and pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat after long days. Although roadwork around the hotel created some challenges, it was just a short walk to prime shopping spots. The service was really good-staff quickly helped locate forgotten items and provided excellent dining recommendations, including Michelin-star options nearby.

Stayed at Thompson Madrid for a few nights and felt the location was fantastic! Right near Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. Lots of shops and eateries around. The rooftop terrace was nice, but a bit cramped. Not enough sun loungers for everyone, especially during peak hours. I loved the room's decor, though the open shelves weren't practical for our luggage. Breakfast had great options, but the service was chaotic on busy days. Took a while to get coffee one morning. The staff were mostly friendly and helped us when we needed assistance with our bags. Toiletries were great in the bathroom, and the shower pressure was excellent. A decent stay with room for improvements in service availability and rooftop space.

Beautiful room, beautiful design, with a very good bed, made our two-night stay enjoyable and comfortable, especially with its fantastic central location just 0.3 km from Gran Via and good sound isolation from the surrounding noise.
Nothing that I didn't like.
